I have a chair with what I think is the pipe on the seat, is a small chair, probably for a doll. My question has two parts. First, how can I know whether the true strain on the paper, my mother told me she feels like her cane, but how can I be sure? Secondly, where I can sell, maybe this piece? I bought it for resale. Do everything else on cane chairs or anything would be very grateful.
